step #14. See Bertie Dracon in Swanton Keep.
step #15. Go to Mistress Ainsliee in Snowdonia Fortress.
step #16. Find Eye of Arawn in Snowdonia. This is an easy cyclop - I think it was yellow to 49. It is located at 57, 15.
step #17. Return to Mistress Ainsliee in Snowdonia Fortress.
step #18. Travel to Magess Axton in Lethantis Association in Camp.Forest
step #19. See Aclee Marlow at the top of tower in Cear Ulfwych in Camp.Forest - you will get ring.
step #20. Give Aclee's ring to Gram Nechten in Castle Sauvage.
step #21. Kill Blue Man and search for glyph in his tower-like cave. It is giant located south of Caer Berkstead at 20, 45 in Pennine Mts. Orange con at level 50. You will have to kill his giant companion inside the room as well. Enter the room and stay inside. You will continue to receive "searching" messages until you eventually receive the Glyph. This will take several minutes, so be patient; you will eventually receive the Glyph in your inventory. It's likely that the giant and Blue Man will respawn since you will have to stay inside the cave for a long time. Simply continue to kill them and stay inside the cave to search. A group of 3-4 players will have no trouble with this step.
step #22. Give glyph to Gram Nechten in Castle Sauvage. You will be rewarded with some experience (730mln = 0.3 bubble at 49)
step #23. See Master Eadberth in Caer Witrin - you will be given a message.
step #24. Take the message to Roben Fraomar in Cornwall Station. She is on the floor in a room. You will get nice experience (1533mln = 0.7 bubble at 49). It will be around 1 bubble total exp for this quest at 49.
I was really anticipating getting the Habergeon mentioned in this time-consuming 48th lvl quest. Yes, the experience was welcome, but there is no item. This needs to be changed in the quest description.
just finshed this quest me and a 50 cabby killed both. was easy
but when finshed it there was NOT a reward for this quest.
did get some nice xp for it though.
I think the trick is that you have to be inside the cave to complete the quest. It doesn't matter how many times you kill blue man if you don't enter the cave. While you're in the cave you'll get the message that you're searching. And then after a certain period of time (for me, after blue man and his partner were both dead) you'll get the message "you've found the glyph!".
Only had to kill the pair of them once. Just go in the cave while you're fighting.
Hmm, while you were inside killing the ravenclan giant did you get the message searching? Or did you enter the house to search for it? I was fortunate to not have him respawn immediately after, but I did not have to stay for more than 30secs as I fought the Ravenclan inside the house and it counted for search time.
