These are special kill task items introduced by Mythic to sort of pick up where the guard kill tasks left off. If you find these types of items DO NOT SELL THEM! Although you will earn cash if you do sell them, it's much better to turn them into the NPC who requires them and earn some additional EXPERIENCE!
