You want ones that are gerunteed to work or ones that do so 50% of the time? confused

Either way, MCL 1 to bounce back from bad pull in PvE, also good for pally rezzes or batterying...

Raging Power 1 is also good for emergencies, its saved my ass a million times in PvE, its also very good for when you need that extra shot of power but arent really in any danger. (such as farming blues)

Then I would get Wild PowerIII to increase Life and power regened from Life taps and power taps, great for when you need some extra life but are too busy getting zerged by mobs, very effective! happy

toughness works (on your pet), increases hits. MoM/WP work for pl'ing and damage in general, serenity (2 at max imo) lets you regen power when killing epic mobs.

depends on what you plan to do with him. If you are going to just PvE with him, then getting
RA's like Serenity, MCL, Toughness is the way to go.

If you are still going to actively RvR with him, then RA's like Wild Power, Ichor or Negative Maelstrom
might be something to consider.

Raging Power, and this is just my opinion, is on too long of a reuse timer to be of any real use, 15 min's.
It's nice that you can use it in battle, but MCL only requires you to be out of battle (meaning pet on passive and no DS up) for 10 sec's before you can use it, and is on a 3 min reuse timer., meaning, it's just about always up.

Redh put together a nice test/result page on Serenity Vs MCL if you want to check that out.

He did say NF happy so im guessing he wants to RvR and not PvE. Ok for RvR these RA's I suggest

Wild Power II
Mastery of Magery II
MCL I
Augmented Acuity I
Toughness I
The Empty Mind I

These would be best for you at RR3. Wild Power, Mastery of Magery and Augmented Acuity are there to help with damage. MCL is to help you and your realm out when just rezed by a low level rez or when your allies need a boost of power when in a keep/tower siege/defence. Toughness and The Empty Mind are to help you not die so fast, Empty mind is the best thing ever to use when your up against a caster that got the jump on you. When these RA's came out my necro had hit rr5 so I had this setup.

Wild Power III
Mastery of Magery II
Augmented Acuity II
MCL I
The Empty Mind II
Mastery of Pain I
Toughness I

Reason I had Mastery of Pain is because pets can't critical hit, so with MoP I he can finally do that when im fighting people. With ToA some casters had nasty spell resistance, thats when I pulled out the good ole AF debuff and had my pet smack the crap out of them, worked like a charm.

What necros need is an RA that just gives away RP to enemy casters when they target you.

Oh wait, we do that naturally...
