	I am new to servant necroing, and am curious whether it's more effective to buff my necroservant with dex and dex/qui, or to let him go without. Dex and quickness would allow him to hit mobs more often, yet my primary dps comes through the damage shield. And since (I assume) dex and quickness help the necro parry/evade, might it be better to not buff him so he's hit more often?

	Buff the servant with all base buffs as well as spec dex/qui and spec st/con. The buffs are what makes the pet so darn tough, they do this by raising the absorb value to very high levels. If you don't buff your pet you will be extremely ineffective as a servant necro. 	dex and dex/qui are actually more important than con and str/con Improves casting speed melee absorption magic damage absorption Essential for servant dex dex/qui con str/con base AF Essential for necro Acuity If you had to give something up str on servant (improves melee damage, but you mainly kill by spell) HP regen on servant dex on necro (improves command speed, but not important unless you are spamming combat lifetap) dex/qui on necro (see dex above) -----signature----- Retired Necro TL Alb Tristan, Hib Gareth Several 50 Albs/Hibs and LGM crafters
