So, does Death Servant spec affect HoT performance?

This question has been asked more than once in the past few months.
I don't have any handy test data, and I have about 20 min before I have run an errand, so it's test time.

Pendragon
Basic method
record servant spec
have test mob injure servant
retreat and wait for the first tick of the normal regen
record the %health of the abomination
cast the level 50 HoT spell
record %health at the next two ticks (one is during the active time of the spell; one is just after spell ends)
repeat this for a total of 5 trials per case
calculate the min, avg, and max improvement for the first tick after casting
calculate the min, avg, and max improvement for the second tick after casting
calculate the min, avg, and max improvement for the total
Case 1: spec = 1+10
65, 77, 84
72, 84, 91
65, 76, 86
64, 75, 83
64, 76, 84
1st tick = 8/10.8/12
2nd tick = 7/8/10
total = 19/19.6/21
Case 2: spec = 24+10
63, 78, 88
62, 77, 87
68, 83, 92
62, 77, 87
67, 82, 92
1st tick = 15/15/15
2nd tick = 9/9.8/10
total = 24/24.8/25
Case 3: spec = 47+10
65, 82, 94
58, 75, 86
64, 81, 93
70, 87, 100
58, 75, 89
1st tick = 17/17/17
2nd tick = 11/12.4/14
total = 28/29.4/31
Conclusions
1) HoT performance is definitely improved by Death Servant spec
Relative performance is as follows
47+10 = 100%
24+10 = 84%
1 +10 = 67%
2) Even at the lowest spec, the variation in total healing is small

Sounds about right - my necro's 39+11 sight 37+5(ish) servant, and he has just the tiniest bit of variance over when he was full servant. Still a very worthy spell, at any spec level, it seems.

Wow Redh, I left about a year ago and your still doing a fantastic job! Im glad my necro class won't be abandoned once im back in July/August with the new servers

Is anyone willing to test performance of Friar HOT vs Necro HOT? I tried differing versions on Pend. but I don't have a UI that displays pctage. However, they do not stack and the higest (44) Friar HOT overwrites the highest level Necro HOT.
