Ok, here is what I am questioning – noob I know --- but would appreciate a little indulgence. Which spells/shrooms use my level versus the level of the shroom/spell. For example,

Creepy: I here lots of advise to put down lowest lv fnf PBAOE (sporespawn) even with high lv mobs, so I assume it must be my lv or would never have any effect, is this correct?

Verd: PBAOE --- I have read 2 version here, it is the lv of the controlled pet (in which case the verd pet is best at lv49) or it is 2/3 of the pet lv in which cases what chance would you have against higher lv mobs.

So then the question is what RA will be of effect:

Master of Magic
Master of Focus

Last question --- one I still don’t understand completely---- why do people say you use less power for fnf damage shrooms with creepy. It is in the base spell line creepy which available to everybody and why is there a different pow usage?

I'll take a swing at this. I'll probably mess up somewhere in this though.

The level of the shroom spell you cast is useless. All shrooms you cast at level 50 are level 44. A level 5 fnf shroom is 44, a level 49 War Herald is 44. Spells cast by the pet are cast at 2/3's of it's level, with nothing to do with the level of the spell you cast. A level 5 fnf shroom will cast it's dd at the same level as you pbae through level 49 herald. I think Summoning Mastery is the only thing that would change this.

MoM and MoF do not transfer to shrooms, so you'd gain no benefit on pet pbae. MoM transfers to bombers, MoF doesn't. The only advantage of MoF that I'm aware of, is on liefetaps and con debuffs.

Power costs are based on modified spec, assuming you're using a staff with focus benefits in that line (a pretty safe assumption ever since ToA).
