YES I know it's been documented and it's not a new issue.

At first it seemed annoying but now I'm getting frustarted. I took the MoC+SoI nerf without a single whine but this side effect needs to be fixed or atleast addressed. (sorry dont know if Mythic did address it before)

It really sucks when attempting to MoC 2-3 times then noticing BoF or Warguard is up, I could of done something else instead. Not to mention sometimes I have too many effects up and dont even see the icon(s) on my screen.

I guess I just like to know if something is going to be done or is this here to stay sad

if u run FG all the time id say moc is almost useless for all the points it costs to get 3.

maybe get moc1 for spamming blanket mezz interupts for 30 seconds just dont try to nuke anything x_X.

"if u run FG all the time id say moc is almost useless for all the points it costs to get 3."

I run in a 8 man all the time. Probably not many sorcs running in full groups with MoC3 but at my RR I can afford to have MoC3 without severely gimping my passives. I do agree its not very usefull in 8vs8 but in some situtations it comes in very handy. I guess all the solo MoC3 sorcs dont have this problem at all which is why it will probably never get fixed =/

Oh well, atleast it doesnt happen very often.

I might use moc3 once a night in 8v8, but that one time makes it worth the rest of the night.

I'm also r9l8 and have plenty of passives /shrug

^Yeah, I rarely even use it. I could raise my passives 1 or 2 more levels but the extra DPS isnt really needed in the type of groups I run. (all caster) I rather have it for those rare situtations.

I could drop moc3...

...and pick up mom5, wp5 from level 4 of each.

I'll take the one time a night where it turns a fight around (enemies split assisting and locking the other casters down, a little moc, a little mez, a little /assist LT between some root/interrupts and suddenly the fight is turned around).

I haven't had much trouble with this, but our Armsman fell in love with cabby and our pally is out of town for a while, so we're running nothing but caster groups atm anyway.

I suggest you stop being a woman and learn to play without MOC

^^^ rofl. i can't believe an alb said that.

imagine this scenario. support class in mid gets a train on it, let's say healer. bof goes up, healer needs to interrupt a free nuker, so he mocs and mezzes. or he needs to toss out a heal.

bard gets trained, bof goes up, half his group is mezzed by this moc'ing healer. bard pops moc and is able to demezz np.

now what happens, sir, when albion's primary cc class, wearing cloth, gets trained and the clerics instinctively use bof? he should have to cancel bof in order to do what the other primary cc'ers can? he should "live without it" (yes there are solutions; i don't have moc on my sorc right now, prekiting and having other casters root off you ftw) even though his counterparts in the other realms don't have to?

even if you think moc is a crutch which should never be used, every realm's primary cc should have the OPTION of using it if they absolutely have to.

Even worse, you can't MR as a theurg with BOF up. I asked Missy about this, she got back to me after a few days and said- design decision- having either MR or MOC work while having BOF active would be OPd. I appreciate her response but it seems odd to me that there has never been any offical post via grab or w/e that references this.
